How can I stop this wire from weighting down my RC boat?

How can I make a tiny boat fly?

Say I have a small, enclosed boat roughly the size of mini cooper. How could I make this boat fly? Like how could I get it to stay up in the air and travel at high speeds, depending on the weather? Would it have to be a glider, have parachutes, heat, engines? What would it take to get it up in the air?
–But! It has to support roughly 3 average sized-men and has to be made with everyday materials, the construction so easy a child could do it.

Any ideas?
balloons? sails? insane storm weather? intense wind! hurricane wind! tsunami wind!
